These days however, it would seem that they are growing from strength to strength. They combine two things to create the perfect and best e-cigarettes on the market — the simplicity and ease in which they can be used with a product that you can rely on.

I decided to start my Eversmoke journey with the Eversmoke Ultimate Starter Kit. This set me back just shy of $150 ($149.99) and gave me the following bits:

You get the Basic Starter Kit multiplied by two — giving you everything you need. Remember that you can always add extra bits to your e-cigarette paraphernalia later on too!

Batteries

Looking a bit closer at the Eversmoke batteries and once again, we were very impressed by what we found. Firstly, you have the option to add a manual battery (a battery is depressed when you inhale) as well as the automatic varieties, and you have three classy looking colors to pick from.

There is white, black and stainless steel. Colors may not seem important to you right now but after a few months of using your new e-cigarette, you will soon learn that the ones that look exactly like a real cigarette aren’t always the best ones. People will think you are actually smoking a real cigarette in places you aren’t allowed to smoke.

You have the high-capacity battery and the standard battery. As you can imagine, the latter is the one that looks and feels more like a “regular” cigarette, and the longer length ones are more like the super-long cigarettes long-term smokers would probably buy.

Now for the important bit — you want to know how long these batteries are going to last, don’t you? Well, my job consists of me getting up around 7am, being at work for 9am, having a half hour lunch, leaving work at 6pm, home by 6:30pm and in bed by 11pm. I will use my e-cigarette for most of the morning, chain-puffing through lunch, stealing the odd puffs on my e-cig during work when it was quiet and when I was hiding in the office. I would also use the e-cig for most of the evening when I am at my computer tapping away.

The Eversmoke high-capacity battery will last me from the second I get up in the morning, all the way through my day, and up until I go to bed at 11pm approximately. If I have used it more throughout the day, I might have to plug the e-cig on when I have dinner and start using the standard length one.

The standard length one will last until I am on my journey home if I start using it at 7am.

In short, this is pretty impressive battery length from a two-piece e-cigarette. 5 out of 5 stars! Well, done Eversmoke!

Cartridges

This is another important factor in the hunt for the best e-cigarettes. Luckily, once again, Eversmoke didn’t let us down. The VaporFlo technology that they use means that you get a clean, smooth draw from the first drag to the very least. You’ll know when it has run out because all of a sudden, it will taste like the worst thing you have ever put in your mouth. There is also a silicone ring in the top of the cartridge to prevent any excess liquid from seeping out into your mouth. If this has ever happened to you, you will appreciate the hell out of that silicon ring.

Now, these flavors were very satisfying but I do have a couple of negative things to say. I can’t stand Pina Colada in the first place so I knew I wouldn’t like this flavor of cartridge. It was pretty hideous. I really like the three tobacco flavors. In fact, there was a slight aftertaste of the Royal Tobacco that reminded me a little bit of cake… It might just be me but I really liked it.

The Cherry Crush is great if you fancy a little something different but the Coffee Creation flavor was a bit strong for my liking.

I found the Eversmoke flavors to be strong enough to delight my tastebuds and certainly gave a nice change from the generic tobacco flavors that I found myself relying upon. The flavors were smooth and very enjoyable and lasted the length of the cartridge too. I have found that too many of the flavors die before the liquid in the cartridge runs out with a lot of the e-cigarette brands but this was not the case for Eversmoke thankfully.

There are plenty of strengths available which impressed me too — if you are looking to quit smoking, you start with the bold strengths and slowly work your way down to no nicotine. As an “average” smoker, I particularly enjoyed the full flavored.

Accessories

I’m not really a big fan of frivolous accessories with my e-cigarette but as a long term user, there were a few things I found myself expecting. There’s the “power” cig (USB cig) that can be plugged in and used when spending hours at a computer. I like to use these ones in the evening when I am tapping away at my laptop. This will set you back just a little under $15 with Eversmoke – one of the cheapest we had found.

The portable charging case was a bit on the pricey side at $49.99 but we would highly recommend paying out for this at some point if you don’t get one included in your e-cig starter kit. Its great to use on the go when you know you are going to be unable to charge your e-cig up such as on long train journeys , etc.

Warranty

The “lifetime” warranty that Eversmoke offer caused me to raise an eyebrow when I first saw it. This is not the first company I have come across that offer this “lifetime” replacement policy, and I’m sure it won’t be the last. It’s the fact that these “lifetime” warranties very rarely last for an entire lifetime that puzzles me the most.

With Eversmoke, this IS the case once again but it’s not all bad. If you are part of the Home Delivery Program (I shall discuss in a moment) you will get free lifetime replacements as long as you are still a fully paid up member.

If you are NOT part of the Home Delivery Program, you will have a ONE YEAR warranty. You will have to pay shipping and handling on the replacement item once it is sent out though. Despite the fact that it does seem like bad news, it’s definitely a better warranty than some I’ve come across.

I decided to include this part of the review, simply because I feel that Eversmoke offers a lot to its customers; more than some brands of e-cigarettes offer anyway. As I’ve already discussed, there’s the Home Delivery Program. All in all, Eversmoke is a company that provides really good e-cigarettes for a good price. We decided to get them a hearty and impressive 4.5 stars out of five!
